Savvy Mate?

So for the past few days I've been trying to get knowledgable with iTunes. That thing is a pain... You get one small, lousy little error and the whole thing doesn't work. Honestly, I, just spent 2 days working on iTunes. What have I done in that time? Created a FREE iTunes account and made it so I could install my iTouch to my computer and iTunes sees it. You're probably thinking psh, easy. Wrong, big time. Over all I probably installed/uninstalled iTunes and my iTouch 10 about times. Ugh! Anyways getting to my point I thought for a while it was over but something was missing... Music! But what kind of music? Why Wizard music of course. What I could really use is some Wizard 101 music on my iTouch... So just a quick suggestion to KI, don't let that wonderful music go to waste... Well it's 3:50 A.M. here... I'm about to keelhaul... Good tidings!

Aww man...

Ever had one of those days where just the absolute worst case scenario just happens. If you have, then you know how I feel. The exact thing happened to me earlier this month. At the moment I am... Grounded... Now before you jump to conclusions, I have a good reason. I was in the garage cleaning. The garage door is electronic and all that sort of fancy stuff. Now as I was cleaning I put a jack to the side to get it out of the way. However, here's the bad part... I put the jack right under the garage door to the side. Well soon enough, I forgot I had put the jack there and pressed the button for the door to go down. And wouldn't you know it, I'm walking away and I hear *crack*. And then I turn around and just stand there in awe... And then I just said "Seriously?". So I examined the damage and tried to put it back together. I used Elmer's Wood Glue (TM) and stuck the bottom part of the door to the top and held it in place. Honestly, it took me about 30 mins to put it together, and another 30 mins holding it in place. Well after an hour I tested it and it seemed to work fine. Yay I fixed it right? Wrong. The next morning dad came in to take the car out and go to work. So he opens the garage door, it works fine, and he slowly starts to move the car out. And then, the saddest thing ever happens. The bottom part of the door snaps off and falls on the windshield thrashing it. Now, if you've ever seen a tomato, that's totally fresh and red, practically brand new. Color it neon and you can see my father's face. And so, the lesson of the day? Watch what you leave under your garage door.
Now while I'm on here writing, I might as well get right into the work. Friendly's probably already gotten to this, (in fact I'm 110% sure he's gotten to this already), but as you probably know, Grizzleheim has been released on test. NOW, a few warnings. This is test, it's extremly glitchy at the moment. I honestly got lost for about 30 minutes trying to find out how to get to Grizzleheim but here's a quick low down. Head to Olde Town, and talk to the bear. He'll give you a quest, do it. Now, when you are about to finish it, MAKE SURE that Grizzleheim is completly loaded or you will get stuck without him teleporting you to Grizzleheim. Now here's how all you higher levels can gain complete access to Grizzleheim. Head over to Ambrose after you at least finish the trading part of the quest for the bear in Olde Town. He'll tell you the we need more allies, so you'll have to head over to Grizzleheim and talk to the king. Bam, easy as that. Now as for the actual place itself... Let's just say that somewhere over the rainbow, ravens fly... Now you'll get to Grizzleheim but guess what, you can't see the king yet! Surprise, surprise right? Well how can you get to the king? Prove yourself and become a member of the wolf you talk to's family. And so begins your journey in Grizzleheim. A cool thing about Grizzleheim are the streets. Not to be a big spoiler but there are teleporter runes which can teleport you to parts of the street which you've already visited, provided you activated the stone there. Awesome right? And also, the streets don't really have a structure to them. It's basically like a forest, with little clusters of monsters to the side. Go in if you want, 300 hp per monster. Simple if you ask me right? Well that's it for today! Cheers!

P.S. - This took forever to write via iTouch btw, just for the appreciation.

Breaking news!

Does it bother you when you're just trying to say something to your friend and all of a sudden you see it go red and you say "Are you kidding me? I can't say statue?!" Well if you're 18+ your worries are over. Looks like all those big players out there finally got their wish. Apparently, KingsIsle is working to release player 18+ chat very soon. It's still unclear whether level 13-17 players can see words like "bed" or "statue", but my guess would be not. That sort of defies to the point of 18+ chat. Anyways, here's the announcement from Greyrose herself.

We are releasing new community enhancements very soon!

One of the enhancements is 18+ Chat*. 18+ Chat will allow players a more open communication environment with other 18+ players. Starting tonight, we are adding web-based account controls for 18+ chat. Please be aware that although the control will be added to your account, 18+ Chat will NOT be launched tonight.

This chat feature is in response to our community’s requests. To ensure the highest level of safety, we have chosen to launch this for our active Subscriber community only. Please note that this option is off by default, and you must actively select this option under Account Management.

Our terms for in-game communication with other players will remain the same. Violent and abusive behavior, as well as the exchange of personal information is still not acceptable.

Once we launch this feature, the following updates to chat will apply:

Menu Chat (default setting for under13)
• players will continue to see only Menu Chat.

13 to 18+ Text Chat (default setting for 13+)
• players will continue to see only our Dictionary Text Chat.
• players will NOT see the 18+ chat.

New 18+ Chat
• will be filtered for profanity.

*Accounts must be 18+ and must be an active subscriber with a valid credit card on file.

Exciting right? X_x

Almost forgot!

Don't forget to help support the Wiki. Friendly's right it could use some work. I'll be trying my part by working the spells and giving information and pictures of all the neat little spells you can use. Help improve the Wizard101 Wiki! It's a privilage and needs our help right?

First Day on the Job...

After reading Friendly's blog for a while, I decided "Eh, what the heck, I'll make a blog..." And so this is the first official post! * I'm Chase Silverbane, but you can call me Sorion Hex.

I used to like blogging when I was little but I guess I never got the hang of it. Let me tell you a little about myself. I'm a busy brother with a little sister and a little brother, both annoying but I love them. ** Anyways, I think my passions would be writing, I'm planning on one day making a book about a Wizard *** and turning it into a video game. I was there with the big VMK shutdown and play some other single player and multiplayer games. **** I wanted to try World of Warcraft to be honest with you but I came across 2 issues. 1) It took WAY too long to download, and 2) My computer's memory would have cried and exploded. I had found the Wizard 101 website one day by mistake and it didn't really interest me, so I ignored it and went in search of another game. But months later, my friend Melissa ***** pointed me in the direction of Wizard 101 again. Naturally I said, "But it seems so boring..." Oh how wrong I was; I immediately got hooked. You know something funny? When you first start out you have that "noobness" about you. I remember I chose death because of one of the other games I play and I said "WOW! I just hit 90 damage with this awesome sprite!" Noob. Now as a Grandmaster if somebody uses a Sprite on me my armor's defense makes it virtually useless, and I'll pretend it was a wand card.****** As for the game itself I have all my Wizard Slots filled in, and I'm not really a fan of the school of Ice ******* so aside from that I have all the schools. But enough about me for now, let's talk about the game.

The main purpose of this blog is mainly to let you know what I do on Wizard 101. I'll probably give you some hints and tricks I've figured out myself. I've always said there's 2 kinds of people in the world, those who know about Wizard 101 and those who don't. If you're one of those who don't know about Wizard 101, let me give you a quick breakdown. Wizard 101 is a kid friendly MMORPG that uses a card game system in battles. So simple even a caveman can do it! ******** However, if you get bored of battles why not try housing? That's right! The folks at Kingsisle recently implemented housing so when you turn level 15, you can get yourself a nice little island to live in. Personally I live in the Royal Estate, VERY beautiful, and VERY workable with many items around the spiral. Anyways, that's today's little bit of insight for you.

Hope to see you in the Spiral!

*Applause. /**You gotta love kids... /***Wonder where that inspiration came from? /****
Yes Runescape included -_- /*****You'll be seeing her a lot! /******Although wand cards in DragonSpyre are generally stronger... /*******Tower Shield >_< /********Copyright Geico?
