With Marleybone now being an independent world on its own. Its inhabitants began to adapt to their surroundings. Marleybone luckily, was a piece of the First World filled with rich resources. It natives began to advance and develop and thus began the civilizations of Marleybone. The Dogs of Marleybone were originally tribes who warred with each other constantly. Peace was at a loss during this period of time. But a great hunter by the name of Beormutt defeated all of the other clans in a mighty battle. The Dogs realized what a waste of life it was to war, and it was then sworn that all Dogs should only strive for peace. Over the years Marleybone began to advance in both technology and the arts. While the idea of kings became more and more despised, the Marleybonians became interested in ancient Marleybone, thus began the era of what is now known as, The Rebirth. The idea of kings was lost, and the most brilliant of Marleybone were the poets and the scientists, such as Lady Chelsea and Sir Laurence Hyde. With this great new age of rediscovering ancient knowledge, new inventions were born, one of the most notable being the printing press. The Rebirth not only affected the sciences, but the kingdom itself, starting with Queen Ellen. One day, a popular printer ended up in prison because he spoke out against the government. The people were outraged and a revolt seemed likely. However, Queen Ellen released him and formed a parliament. This period of time was named, the Golden Age. The Golden Age forever changed science in Marleybone, but the greatest of the discoveries, would be made by Herold Digmoore. Herold Digmoore studied ancient myths for parliament. One evening he spoke a line of ancient text and suddenly found himself in Wizard City! With the discovery of the Spiral and of power, new scientific inventions were inspired, as well as the exploration of other worlds and of their ancient past. Science and magic were now moving at a faster pace than ever seen before in Marleybone. Life became leisure as Marleybonians no longer had to do hard jobs like farming. However, the advances allowed certain individuals to become more powerful than others. Marleybone had been stable for a long time, but the shifts of power could eventually come to unbalance Marleybone’s stability. But so long as peace reigned in Marleybone, other worlds would look to Marleybone for enlightenment and knowledge. Eventually, peace was disrupted in Marleybone as the Civil War began. The sneaky Cats began to fight with the Dogs and soon a war broke out. Eventually after much struggling, the Dogs of Marleybone had won the war. Peace had been restored for the time being. But years later, rumors of a cat gang began to arise…

The History of the Spiral Series: The First World
In the beginning the land was peaceful. It was just Lady Nightstar and Bartleby. The Great Tree and the Great Raven. Together and happy, but they soon became lonely. Their loneliness led them to the decision to create children. They created the fierce Dragons, the powerful Tritons, and the might Giants. The children divided the First World upon themselves. The Dragons took the land, the Giants ruled from the skies, and the Tritons controlled the seas. Peace reigned during this time. But as with all things, peace does not last forever. Soon they began to fight over what each other owned, and who was the most powerful. Thus they created what we now know of, as the first schools of magic. The Dragons began using powerful spells of Fire in defense against the Tritons and the Giants. The Giants developed the magic of Ice to combat the Tritons and the Dragons. And the Tritons, invented the powerful spells of Storm, to rise up against the Dragons and the Giants. The constant fighting saddened Bartleby and Raven. Eventually, the fight went so far that the very world itself broke apart into pieces. As the pieces of the First World scattered, Lady Nightstar thought quickly and without haste, threw the Spiral out into the universe, trapping all of the pieces into place. Bartleby was left alone and his roots were left only to a small part of the once glorious land. From this day forth, the creatures that once inhabited the First World would each develop their own different cultures and history. This was the beginning of the separate histories of the Worlds of the Spiral. The First World was no longer one world, but many...

In the Aftermath of Chaos...
The stinkin' Time Travel Fairies keep messing with me... Anyways, congratulations on the newest Wizard to step into the spiral, Sawyer! Now many of you were probably on Terra when this happened, (that's what Earth is called in the Spiral), so I'll give you a quick lowdown of the most amazing thing that happened on July 1... There I was minding my own business in Olde Town, a little bit of chit chat with the guards, when all of a sudden the ground starts shaking and the sky gets very dark... Almost like Triton Ave. actually... And the wing just increased tremendously, as a matter of fact on the Privates just flew straight away from the spot. And in a giant flash of pure blue light (notice the reference to Friendly's bow) 3 portals appeared... And that's when I caught sight of what was going on... From the first portal, came out 2 people all of a sudden, one strangely with what appeared to be... A chisel? Behind me I heard a sound and stepped back just to see a building out from the portal an old man getting shot into the building... And then in the midst of it all, the biggest thing of them all came out through the last portal... All of a sudden I caught what I saw to be a bow coming out of the portal... A bow? And soon enough that's just what it was...An enormous ship unlike any of from the other worlds I had ever seen was approaching and in the sight I saw a very confused person... It seemed large so I assumed it was from MooShu but then the portal's blidning light disappeared and I being from Terra, recognized it instantly... It was a bear, clad in golden armor confused to what just happened... Apparently, he did not create the portal... I teleported to Ravenwood and went to speak with Bartleby... He explained the bear was from Grizzleheim, a world of which the portal was lost too to the ages.. But apparently what could be the most powerful force in the universe sent Grizzleheim moving toward the spiral, in which it got caught like a net, reconnecting it to the Spiral and the other worlds... Yay! Anyways, I Bartleby asked for me to go inform Headmaster Ambrose of this... I headed over to his office and told him that Grizzleheim had gone back into the Spiral... He told me this was great news and sent me on a diplomatic mission for Grizzleheim... And as I was given a dusty Spiral Key, I dusted it off and saw it was very colorful... Almost like a rainbow actually... And I headed toward The Spiral Chamber and poped that sucker in there, heading to Grizzleheim... And as I opened the door and walked out, I looked down... And I nearly fainted, as I was literally standing... On a rainbow... I ran down it like a freak and found the leader in charge... He wouldn't let me speak to the King but he told me how... And so began my adventures in the world of Grizzleheim... In this dimension anyways, my adventures had already begun and ended in the testing dimension... And so I walked around Grizzleheim, admiring all the fun and adventures that awaited me for the first time... Again...

The Spiral Senses A New Hero...
Ello mates! The forces of the sprial have been out of shape quite recently... Why, just last night I woke up from my mansion to hear a strange sound outside my window. Naturally, I being a powerful wizard grabbed my spellbook and wand and went straight for the source of the sound. What I found was one of the most alarming things I could ever see... There it was outside my window, a blue chickencow... What's a chickencow? It's a little ongoing joke in DragonFable.com but I can say that to them it says Cluck Cluck Moo, to me they always seem to say Cock-a-doodle-mooooooo. Anyways, I asked it what it was doing, so long and far away from it appropiate dimension of warriors and wars, and he replied "I have been sent from Zeuster to witness the coming of a new hero of the spiral... He will arrive very soon... I must be off..." And with that he disappeared in a flash of feathers... And I thought to myself what he could mean by new hero... Could there be an adventurer just starting his quest? Perhaps he meant a villain turned good... I pondered for a long time until I decided to consult my Scrying Orb... And in the orb I saw Friendly... And he was with a newborn child... I immediately understood... The Friendly Necromancer had been turned into a baby! And then that's when my butler slapped me. And then I REALLY understood... Needless to say very strange things started happening the following day... I arrived at the land of lost history, Krokotopia, and was very surprised to see it was in chaos... There were honestly MooShian items raining from the sky, and Grizzleheimic rune stones popping from the ground... And then all of a sudden it stopped and everything returned to it original state and time... And then I said to myself... "The baby must be kicking..." It was no wonder that this child truly had great potential, the only question was, it that's what happens when he kicks... What happens when he burps?... I sudder to think... Anyways, I must say congratulations on your newest addition to the spiral Friendly! I'm sure he'll be glad to be introduced to the world by such experts... And imagine, by the time he's 6-10 we might already have Celestia and a new unannounced world! Well, that's all for today, the spiral is churning again... Mysterious out!
